GIDEON offers institutions a straightforward license plan to meet the needs of their health care professionals.

Institution license

We offer both an unlimited use and concurrent use license depending on the type and size of institution. This license plan allows any person within the organization to access GIDEON via the Internet.
With the concurrent use license, access is limited to a specified number of users who may be logged on to the service simultaneously.
For organizations that don't have internet access, the alternative configuration is PC terminals running the CD version.

Access

Users access GIDEON via a unique URL which is protected by one of the following:

an IP address or range of IP addresses
individual user accounts - set up by administrator
token server

Other access plans are also available. Please contact us for more information about how the GIDEON can meet the particular needs of your organization.

Installation and Support

Because all components of GIDEON reside and are updated frequently at our data center, there is no installation or maintenance required. Users simply access the service via the Internet using a Web browser of their choice. Email and Toll-free customer service is available to answer all your questions.
