Microbiology - Characterize

Click to access Microbiology Characterize window from each sub-module: Bacteria, Mycobacteria and Yeasts. None of the tests or phenotypes need to be checked to access this window.

Microbiology Characterize comprises an alphabetical list of pathogens and several buttons:

• Opens the Microbiology Compare window. Check boxes next to the listed taxa are used for making a comparison of taxa
• Lists other names for taxa.
• Selects all taxa for comparison purposes.
• Clears all checked boxes in the Compare column.
• Prints list of taxa.
• Emails list of taxa.
• Closes the Characterize window.
