In some instances, "overlapping" diagnoses may appear, e.g., both "Enterovirus infection" and "Aseptic meningitis, viral" in a patient with lymphocytic meningitis...or "Pasteurellosis" and '"Septicemia-bacterial" (the latter including Pasteurella septicemia).
